|LeaderShape Session Opportunities|
Cluster Facilitators are integral to the success of the Institute. These individuals work one-on-one with students helping to break down and work through the curriculum. Cluster Facilitators are typically campus professionals with a particular interest in student leadership development. Whether you are new to the AFLV team, or have been volunteering for years, we seek qualified professionals who desire to make this the best year yet! Applications are open to current professional staff (in higher education, headquarters or other relevant field).
No previous involvement with AFLV LeaderShape is required. Just a great attitude and a passion to help students!
The On-Site Coordinators serve as an important member of the Institute. They carry out logistical and conference management tasks which are crucial to the success of the program. The On-Site Coordinators work alongside the facilitators to help ensure success while staying one step ahead of the curriculum so that all of the details are organized at the beginning of each program piece.
Each year, we will look for two qualified individuals to serve in this role. Applications are open to current Graduate Students (Higher Education or related program), incoming fraternity/sorority consultants, and previous graduates of the LeaderShape Institute.
On-Site Coordinators need to arrive by noon on 2 DAYS prior to each session. AFLV will provide travel reimbursement for each OSC (amount will be determined based on their proximity to the session). Please DO NOT make travel arrangements until after you have received confirmation of your placement and initial instructions.
Applications are collected through the LeaderShape website and were due Friday, January 13. We are no longer accepting applications. Check back in late 2017 for 2018 applications.
